Founder
Atty. Francis Manabat Juatco, or "Kiko" as he is fondly called by his family and close friends, is a native of San Leonardo, Nueva Ecija, and the 9th of the 10 children of a humble and hardworking farmer and an entrepreneur. He obtained his Bachelor of Science in Computer Applications and Information Science (with Academic Distinction) in 2004 from San Beda College-Manila, and his Bachelor of Laws in 2011 (self-financed) from the University of Santo Tomas. He subsequently passed the 2012 bar examinations, which has the second lowest passing rate (since 1999) in the history of professional licensure examination for lawyers in the Philippines.
Immediately after passing the bar, Atty. Juatco and a colleague established a law office, the Juatco and Dalauidao Law Office, where he went into general practice with exposure in both civil and labor cases. In January 2015, Atty. Juatco separated from the latter and formed his own law office, now known as the Juatco Law Offices.
In addition to law practice, he also acts as the Corporate Secretary of various companies. He has extensive experience in litigation with practice areas covering labor, civil, criminal laws, taxation, family law, estate planning, wills and succession. Although for some he may be relatively young compared to other lawyers, Atty. Juatco is a dedicated and compassionate practitioner, handling each case presented to him in a focused and personal manner.
Aside from his professional practice, he is also a member of Maritime Association of the Philippines (MARLAW), and one of the pioneers of BNI Philippines, the local unit of Business Network International (BNI) which is the World's largest business referral organization geared towards assisting and helping small and medium business enterprises. |
